we take a quick look .....
through the central entrance with intercom and mailboxes we enter the staircase and take the stairs to the apartment. we enter in a spacious hall which gives us access to the living room, the kitchen, the two bedrooms and the toilet room with toilet and fountain. first we visit the living room where we are surprised by the space, the fine light through the large windows at the front and rear and the wonderful free, green view to both front and rear. through a door at the back of the living room, we enter the bathroom with spacious shower stall, washbasin and space for the white goods. at the rear of the living room we open the door to the indoor balcony with a perfect location on the southwest, which means that from the beginning of the afternoon until sunset you can enjoy the sun, overlooking the many greenery. can you see yourself sitting here already?
back in the hall we see a bedroom at the front and rear; both have a pleasant size, 10 and 11 m2. nice to have an extra room next to your bedroom to work, cabinets, exercise or whatever you need.
